Technical Raised Floor System

Technical Raised Floor (Raised Floor) is a raised floor system installed at a specific height above the concrete floor, creating an underfloor technical space for routing electrical wiring, network cables, chilled water pipes, sensors, and more—serving areas such as server rooms, data centers, and high-tech equipment rooms.

Basic structure:
  • Floor panels: made of steel, cement, or aluminum, with a surface finish of antistatic HPL or vinyl.
  • Pedestals: galvanized steel, height adjustable.
  • Stringers: enhance stability and load-bearing capacity.

Advantages:

  • Easy to manage cables and technical equipment under the floor.
  • Improves cooling efficiency by creating cold airflow distributed from the bottom up (cold aisle).
  • Safety and aesthetics, preventing cable clutter on the floor surface.
  • Facilitates easy maintenance, upgrading, and replacement of floor panels as required.
Application:
Server room, Data Center, SCADA control room, IT operations room, etc.
